RETURN POLICY
RETURNS
At Lovers Ln. Boutique we hope that you love your purchase but we also understand that sometimes it just doesn't work out! If that is your case here's what you need to know.
RETURN POLICY:
- Send us an email at loversln@yahoo.com within 3 business days of receiving your order so we can approve the item you wish to return.
- Items MUST be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and with tags attached.
- All items must be shipped back to us and postmarked within 7 calendar days of your emailed approval. return shipping cost are at the customer's expense. Choose a shipping option that provides a tracking number and email us the tracking number so we know when to expect the return. we are not responsible for any packages lost or missing in the shipping process.
- All returns will be refunded as store credit.
THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE (no return/no store credit):
- Sale items (anything 20% or more off)("sale"/"final sale")
- Jewelry/Accessories
- All seasonal/ Holiday items
- Bralettes
- Hair Accessories
- Hats
SHOE RETURN:
- All footwear returns must include the original shoebox in its original condition, without postal labels.
- If you are returning shoes, the shoe box must be placed in another package/box for shipping to protect the original shoebox.
- If there are shipping stickers or labels on the original shoebox we will not accept the return.
RETURN ADDRESS:
- Please make sure your oder meets our return criteria and does not go against it before you complete your return!
- Include your order number (included in your original order confirmation email and printed invoice!) and reason for return (i.e. wrong size, defective item, etc.)
- Please allow 3-4 business days for us to receive your return, and 7-10 business days for us to process your return and store credit.
- You will receive an online store credit via email. This store credit will be applied to the original email your purchase was made on.
